My Menopause Companion is an expert advice and support group for menopausal women founded in 2020 by four menopause experts.
Our team combines expertise in nutrition, fitness, medical care, and emotional wellbeing to provide fully integrated advice that supports the whole person.

We offer regular masterclasses, workshops, and community events, ensuring women get evidence-based, practical guidance from leading specialists.
​
Since 2021, we have partnered with the NHS to provide menopause training for primary care personnel in South East London, ensuring healthcare professionals are equipped with the latest knowledge to enhance patient care.
The TEam
Kate McCarthy ​is a Gynaecologist and Menopause Specialist. Kate runs the menopause service in SE London at Lewisham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital and regularly gives updates to local GPs, GP trainees and junior doctors. She is a member of the British Menopause Society.

Ellie Brown fitness and wellbeing coach. Ellie is the founder of Greenwich Wellness, Fitness and Pilates: a unique wellness business built on happiness, trust and compassion. She has been inspiring and supporting people to find their own pace in Greenwich and beyond since 2003.

Lorraine Nicolle MSc registered award winning nutritionist (mBANT) and educator with 20 years clinical experience in helping people age well.
