During our cycle and particularly as we enter into perimenopause, our fluctuating hormone levels and disturbed sleep can mean we have far less patience. We may find our temper goes from zero to a hundred and that we then feel guilty for exploding. It could also be that we no longer want to put up with behaviours or patterns that don’t serve or honour us.

In this workshop we will explore some postures and breath practices to help us to release this anger in a safe way and to calm our rage and our nervous system. Perhaps giving us time to reflect on what this rage is trying to show us. Zannie will bring handouts with lots of information about nutrition to help best support you.
​
This workshop is presented by Zannie Krogh a registered nutritionist specialising in the menopause and Annabel Jones, a British Wheel trained yoga teacher with over 20 years teaching experience who is Menopause Yoga Accredited also.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner and for anyone experiencing rage and irritability.

Nutritional Therapist Zannie Krogh will advise on how to support your emotional wellbeing during the menopause with lifestyle and nutrition.
