The start of a new year often comes with pressure to reinvent ourselves - but this workshop is not about “new year, new you.” Instead, it’s about understanding what your body truly needs and making sustainable changes you can continue to build on throughout the year.

If you’ve been wondering whether your current habits are supporting your strength, energy, sleep or overall wellbeing, this session is designed to give you clarity. Together with fitness coach and women’s health specialist Ellie Brown, we will explore practical, evidence‑based strategies in both nutrition and strength training. You will leave with simple, realistic tools that help you feel stronger, more energised and more confident in your body - without restriction, overwhelm or quick fixes.
